Terms & Conditions

1. Prices: The validity of pricing quotations expires after 7 days from the initial date of sending them to the client. Please note that the prices mentioned here may change as our business and the training industry are constantly evolving. Please note that the prices listed do not include GST. Clients and Companies are obligated to remit the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) to CAAMS for the services rendered. In compliance with legal requirements, CAAMS will accurately indicate the correct GST amount on the invoice.

Please note that all quotations do not include GST. In line with the law, if you make the necessary purchase, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added when you make the purchase and will be reflected in the sales invoice. The prices displayed in the publication do not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, or daily expenses that the client may bear while attending, unless explicitly stated in the Booking Form.

CAAMS may adjust the prices of relevant training courses if a third party vendor, certification body, or service provider modifies their examination fee or material cost.

The training event prices that are mentioned in the correspondence, brochures, leaflets, and materials owned by CAAMS should not be considered legally binding. This is because these prices may fluctuate in the future. Therefore, they are simply provided as guidance at the time they are made public and should not be treated as a contractual agreement.

2. Payments: Payments are an integral part of any transaction. Ensuring smooth and secure financial transactions is crucial for both parties involved. Establishing a clear and reliable payment process is essential for businesses to receive payments promptly and for customers to conveniently make their payments. Hence, giving utmost importance to a well-defined payment system is fundamental for the success of any transaction.

Payment for the course fee(s), which already includes GST, must be made in full upon receiving the invoice. CAAMS will impose a late payment charge of 8% over the RBI base rate, while fully respecting and recognizing any alternative rights listed, without any prejudice or distortion. You have the option to make payments using major credit and debit cards, UPI, and Paytm.

Please note that there will be a card surcharge of 2.99% applied to all company credit card payments. However, payments made through American Express will attract a slightly higher surcharge of 3.99%. Whenever issuing a Purchase Order, it is essential to include the purchase order number, course dates, full Invoice amount, and contact details for invoicing. In the event of booking multiple courses on a single form, it is necessary to provide full payment for all courses upon confirmation, prior to the commencement of the first course. Clients are required to make full payment for Knowledge Pass contracts upon confirmation, prior to attending any events. The payment of the course fee in full is required before entry to a training event may be granted at CAAMS' discretion. Kindly be informed that examination results and certificates shall only be released upon complete payment of the fee.

CAAMS reserves the right to decline admission to a training event until the entire course fee has been settled. Please be advised that examination results and certificates will not be released until the complete payment of the fee has been made.

Upon receipt of the invoice, all administration fees for cancellations must be paid immediately. The terms outlined in this agreement take precedence over any other terms of business or purchase conditions presented by the client. After making a payment, either in part or in full, over the phone or through the website using payment methods like Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express, or Bank transfer, the Client must abide by CAAMS's terms and conditions, regardless of whether a booking form has been signed.

There shall be no deductions or set-offs made on payments, which should be made in cleared funds, completely free from any taxes, levies, imports, duties, charges, fees, and withholdings imposed by any governmental, fiscal, or other authority, except as required by law. In the event that a customer is required to make a deduction, the receiving Party, CAAMS, will be entitled to receive any additional amounts needed to guarantee that it receives the complete amount it would have received if the deduction had not been made.

The Company requires all payments to be received prior to issuing or delivering an examination, regardless of the stated payment terms.

The Client bears the responsibility of verifying the purchasing authority of the person who approved the product's purchase.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations initiated by CAAMS In the event of circumstances beyond CAAMS's control, such as trainer illness or low attendance, CAAMS retains the authority to cancel, relocate, or reschedule a training event or course. We will make reasonable efforts to contact and inform candidates about any changes to their training event or course. In the event of a training cancellation, CAAMS provides three options for candidates: reallocating them to future training events with their consent, offering virtual training events, or providing e-learning training.

Candidate's Cancellations: If the candidate decides to cancel the training program within the first 2 days of training, 1% will be deducted; the remaining amount will then be sent to the candidate's account, which may take up to 10-15 days.

Refunds: Non-refundable in case if candidate spent more than 2 days in training.

4. Changes to Courses: CAAMS holds the authority to modify any aspect of a course that has already been made public, provided that such changes are due to circumstances that exceed our control. CAAMS retains the authority to cancel or reschedule any course and will promptly notify the Client upon becoming aware of such changes.

5. Course Duration: CAAMS provide 3-6 months training in all sap modules.

6. Commitment: We provides 100% job assistance for those who work diligently with us, and we are willing to put it in writing. It is the complete responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the booked course aligns with their requirements and abilities. The employees at CA might suggest courses or learning solutions, but it is ultimately the Client's responsibility to assess and decide on the suitability of the course. We assure you that when we offer recommendations, it is done in good faith without any intention to mislead.

Unless specifically indicated, all public and onsite training courses are conducted exclusively in English. Consequently, it is imperative that all candidates possess adequate proficiency in the English language before enrolling in any course.

7. Admission: CAAMS retains the authority to deny entry to any individual whom it deems, at its sole discretion, unfit for participation in the training program.
